HOW DOES ONLINE ORDERING WORK?

1. Visit our online shop and place your order. Link below Online orders available between 8:30am and 12pm with pickups between 9am and 2pm.

2. Once received, we will verify our inventory and send you a confirmation text.
​
3. Your order will then be packed on a first come basis and another text message sent letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. Pickup your order between 9am and 2pm.

4. Then, come to our Waterloo store with your order number and pick up your donuts.
In the event that a flavour that you ordered is no longer available, we will attempt to call you for a substitution or you can choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund in advance of your order being packed. Please make sure you provide the correct phone number when placing your order. The number you provide is how order updates will be provided (by sms) and how will will get in touch with you if required. Terms and conditions below.
If our attempts to contact you are unsuccessful, we will make a substitution on your behalf. Orders that have been packed can not be cancelled or refunded.

Text messages sent to customers during the ordering process are automated. Do not reply to them as they will not be received by us.

We are currently taking online orders starting at 8:30am. Walk-in orders and pre-order pickups start at 9am.

Orders must be picked up by 2pm on the same day that the order was placed.
Orders can not be transfer to another pickup location.
Please note that there may be limited quantities available while we determine demand and adjust production accordingly.
